Reservation Policy
  • Credit card is required to book a reservation.
  • Special rates are based on two guests per night for weekdays stay only and not for weekends stay. Special rates are not valid with any other discounts.
  • Online reservation request will be processed based on room(s) availability for the requested date(s)
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept personal check with proper identity card.
  • Cancellation of reservation requires 72 hours advance notice before the day of arrival during normal days. During holiday weekends, advance notice of 7 days is required.
  • Cancellation of reservation or changes occurring within 72 hours of the day of check-in are subject to a minimum of one night room charges per each reserved room or $25 administrative fee whichever is applicable. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a full 100% charge of all the reserved rooms.
  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy per night. There will be extra charge of upto $10 per night for each additonal guests (Maximum of 4 guests allowed in a guestroom)
  • Roll-Away beds will be provided for an extra charge of $5 based on availability. Customer may reserve it while booking a reservation.
  • Pets are allowed in designated rooms only, for an extra charge of $5 to $10 per pet per night. Pet must be accompanied by guest all the time.
  • Pet information must be disclosed by customer, while making a reservation request.
  • Checkin time is 2:00 P.M. EST. Early checkin is allowed based on availability of requested room.
  • Customer checking in late after 9:00 p.m. is requested to contact office by phone as soon as possible.
  • Checkout time is 11:00 A.M EST.
